About us
We don't start with AI. We start with the problem.
Cerebro is built by Kaimera X, an AI-first software and solutions studio. We spend more time understanding how people actually work than we do writing code — the code comes easy once the problem is clear.
Working with people and businesses internationally and in Sri Lanka
Why Cerebro exists
The things that go wrong are the small ones nobody wrote down.
Most people don't need another app. They already have a calendar, a notes app and a to-do list — and the reminder still slips, because putting it in means stopping what they're doing to open one.
Cerebro takes the step out. You send a message in WhatsApp, the way you'd text a friend, and it keeps track: reminders at the right local time, tasks, habits, notes and a briefing each morning. It is a narrow tool on purpose. It remembers things; it doesn't try to run your life.
How we work
Four things we hold to.
These aren't claims about a track record. They're the terms we work on, and you can hold us to every one of them.
01
The problem comes first
We map how people actually work before recommending anything. If the answer turns out to be a simpler process rather than software, that's the answer.
02
Not everything needs AI
AI is one tool among several. We use it where it genuinely changes the work, and say so plainly when it doesn't.
03
Scope before commitment
You know what's being built and what it involves before anything starts. A first conversation is free and carries no obligation either way.
04
You own what's yours
Your data stays yours. You can ask for a copy or for it to be deleted at any time, and we won't ask you to justify it.
