Cerebro is built and operated by Kaimera X (“we”, “us”). By using this website or Cerebroyou agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Cerebro is a personal AI assistant you use by sending messages in WhatsApp. It can keep reminders, tasks, habits and notes, and send you messages about them. Access is currently by invitation, and we are still developing it: features may be added, changed or removed.

You must be at least 16 and able to agree to these terms. You also need a WhatsApp account, and your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own terms.

You may use this website and Cerebro for any lawful purpose. You may not:

• use Cerebro to harass anyone, or to send spam or unsolicited messages;
• try to disrupt the service, get around its limits, or access another person's data;
• probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
• submit malicious content through its forms, or use automated tools to submit them.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

Cerebro uses AI to understand your messages, and AI can misunderstand. Messages can also be delayed by WhatsApp, your phone or your connection. Check what Cerebro confirms back to you, and do not rely on it as your only reminder for anything where a missed or late reminder could cause harm — medication, legal or financial deadlines, or safety-critical tasks.

Nothing Cerebro says is medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

You keep ownership of everything you send. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide Cerebro to you. You can ask for a copy or for its deletion at any time by emailing hello@kaimerax.com.

Please don't send passwords, card numbers or other credentials to Cerebro.

Plans and prices are described on the pricing page. The price and terms of any paid plan are confirmed with you before you are charged. Requesting a demo is free and commits neither you nor us to anything.

The text, design, code and branding of this website and Cerebro belong to Kaimera X. You may quote or link to it with attribution; you may not copy it wholesale or present it as your own.

We work to keep Cerebro accurate and running, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every message will arrive at the exact moment intended.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by a missed, late or misunderstood reminder. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence — or any rights you have as a consumer.

You can stop using Cerebro at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will tell you and give you the chance to get a copy of your data first.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and if a change materially affects you we will tell you before it applies.
