Privacy Policy

Cerebro is a personal AI assistant that works over WhatsApp. It is built and operated by Kaimera X (“we”, “us”). This policy covers this website and the Cerebro service itself. Questions about it go to hello@kaimerax.com.

On this website, we collect only what you type into the demo request form: your name, email address, industry and profession, and — if you choose to add them — your company, a message, and the plan you were looking at.

When you use Cerebro, we hold what is needed to run it for you:

• the WhatsApp identity your messages arrive from, which links them to your account;
• the messages you send to Cerebro, and the replies it sends you;
• what you ask it to keep — reminders, tasks, habits, notes and memories;
• your timezone, so reminders arrive at the right local time;
• if you have a dashboard account, your email address and sign-in details.

Cerebro only reads messages you send to it. It cannot see your other chats, your contacts or anything you haven't sent it.

This website uses no analytics, advertising networks, tracking pixels or third-party embeds that profile you, and sets no tracking cookies. We do not buy data about you, and we do not sell, rent or share your information for anyone else's marketing.

• To reply to a demo request and arrange the demo.
• To understand your messages and carry out what you ask — save a reminder, update a task, send a briefing.
• To keep the service working and secure: fixing errors, preventing abuse, and making sure nothing is sent twice.

We do not use your messages or what you store to train AI models, and we do not use them for advertising.

To understand a message, Cerebrosends its text, with the minimum context needed to act on it, to a third-party AI model provider. The model returns a structured decision; our own software checks that decision and carries it out. The AI never has direct access to our database, and it only ever receives your own information — never another person's.

AI can misread a message. Anything Cerebro schedules is confirmed back to you in the chat, so you can correct it.

These providers process data on our instructions, only to run the service:

• WhatsApp (Meta) carries messages between you and Cerebro. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to your use of WhatsApp.
• Our database host stores your account and what you ask Cerebro to keep.
• An AI model provider interprets the text of your messages, as described above.
• Resend delivers demo request emails.
• Our website and server hosts serve this site and run the service.
• Error monitoring tells us when something breaks. It is configured not to record the content of your messages.

Some of these providers may process data outside your country. We only use them to provide Cerebro.

We keep your Cerebro data while your account is active, because remembering it is the service. If you ask us to delete it, or close your account, we delete it. Demo requests are kept as ordinary email correspondence for as long as they are useful to the conversation, and deleted on request.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@kaimerax.com and we will act on it. We will not ask you to justify the request.

If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data protection rights — the UK and EU among them — those rights apply, and nothing in this policy is intended to limit them.

This site and the service are served over HTTPS, and data is encrypted in transit. Every piece of stored data is tied to one account, and access within our team is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure and we will not claim otherwise; if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.

Cerebro is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it. We will not apply a change retroactively to information you gave us under an earlier version.
